The basic app framework is in place for both WuttJamaican and
WuttaWeb.  Plenty left to do yet but at least we have something solid
to play with.

So custom apps may now be built to use the framework.  YMMV of course,
as the framework is not yet complete, but for those interested:

There is a `cookiecutter template

can be used to generate new project code; `the process is documented
